Project Coordination: Infrastructure Projects

CCSProject is an offshoot of the CCSGroup, created to provide specialized and exceptional project coordination services that help clients successfully deliver their most important initiatives. The CCSGroup originally built its reputation by offering high-quality services across various Government Relations domains, and through this experience, identified a growing need for focused and professional project coordination.

In response, CCSProject was established as a dedicated entity to support clients by overseeing and managing all critical aspects of their projects. Its primary objective is to ensure smooth execution, effective coordination, and timely completion by aligning stakeholders, processes, and resources, enabling projects to progress efficiently from planning through delivery.

CC Project’s primary objective is to assist clients in successfully executing their priority projects by providing comprehensive coordination services.

TheCCSGroup has assisted us developing the following projects: Gas Station, Rink, and Elders Complex. They are magicians at securing the money and getting projects completed. We continue inserting them on many of our projects and are glad to have them as part of our team to get projects developed on our First Nation.
