  • Design Phase (Late 2021–Late 2022): Ran competitive procurement for design team; served as liaison to incorporate culturally significant features
  • Capital Phase (2023–Late 2024): Negotiated funding and oversaw compliance
  • Procurement and Construction Coordination (2024–2026): Supported tender process, contractor selection, and ongoing management of timelines and budgets
  • Navigated challenges including ISC/CHRT41 policy shifts and unforeseen costs (e.g., rock blasting)
  • Outcome: Project progressed from vision to groundbreaking in May 2025, with completion targeted for Summer 2026
